Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Model

Ordria operates on a prepaid subscription basis. We offer a Free Trial and various paid plans (Starter, Pro) as detailed on our landing page.

2. Manual Renewal (No Automatic Charges)

Your subscription does not renew automatically. We will never charge your payment method without your explicit action. You must manually initiate payment to renew your subscription for another period.

3. Payment & Renewal Timing

You may renew your subscription at any time.

• Early Renewal: If you pay for a renewal before your current period ends, the new time will be added to your existing remaining days. You will not lose any paid time.
• Currency: All fees are billed in the currency specified at checkout.

4. Expiration & Grace Period

To ensure uninterrupted service, we provide payment reminders:

• We will send a reminder email 7 days before your subscription expires.
• We will send daily reminders during the final days if payment has not yet been made.

5. Service Restrictions on Expiry

If your subscription expires and is not renewed, your account will enter a restricted state:

• New Orders: You will not be able to create new orders.
• Existing Orders: You will retain full access to view, edit, and manage all existing orders.
• Buyer Access: Your existing order links sent to buyers will remain active and accessible.

To regain the ability to create new orders, you must renew your subscription.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Because there is no automatic renewal, there is no contract to cancel. To stop using the service, simply do not pay for the next period.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial months or unused time.

7. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing plans. Any price changes will only apply to future renewals and will be communicated to you in advance.
