Ordria is a SaaS platform provided by Benedict Jaros ("we", "us") that allows manufacturers/suppliers to create order pages and share them with buyers. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services.
To use Ordria, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
Our service is intended for business use (B2B). By using Ordria, you represent that you are using the service for professional or commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the data and files you upload to Ordria ("User Content"). We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your buyers.
You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Benedict Jaros be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
